Job Description:
On The Top Security Guards are responsible for patrolling the assigned site to ensure safety for the property and people. Greeting employees and customers if comes in contact. OTT Guards decrease the risks of incidents by deterring potential wrongdoers. You are required to report criminal activity, safety issues, or unauthorized individuals to the site contact or local authorities if necessary. All guards are required to use phone applications to clock in, document inspections and incidents and manage time - must have phone capabilities to manage those tasks. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Checking visitors in and out
Securing assigned areas
Patrolling property grounds on foot and in a vehicle
Reporting incidents
Conducting routine inspections
Verifying employee identities and preventing unauthorized access without guest passes or credentials.
**All applicants are placed on a 90 day probation period to ensure this role is a good fit. Must be prompt, professional, uniformed and capable of fulfilling expected duties for assigned site(s).
For immediate consideration, qualified applicants would have:
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Active Security License (Or be actively obtaining)
Reliable transportation
Uniform attire (see links below)
Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Ability to stand up for long periods of time
Ability to walk consistently throughout the shift
